Have been seeing more chipmunks last couple of weeks. Coincidently, I noticed my bathroom fan vent was sounding differently and figured it was dying; but, while cleaning out grill for party I noticed moss sticking out of “animal proof” flapper. Took everything apart and pulled out an incredible amount of moss/sticks/leaves. Put wire mesh behind flapper to make vent really animal proof – and of course now the bathroom vent fan sounds like its old self.
As a side note, the flowers and woods really coming alive after another long/crappy winter. These right outside kitchen/bedroom windows.
