Got the floorboards fitted. They are 3/8″ Sapele Ply, 1/4″ gaps and 3/8″ round over. Since they roll and twist they must be templated out – exactly same process used for planking. Thinking final finish will be an old school deck oil for low maintenance etc… Getting close to being done. Probably going to Wooden Boat Show October in South Carolina – will decide soon.
