Got the thwart risers on yesterday and cut all the 1/8″ lams for the floor beams. Too hot today to work beyond noon so no glue up. Need to make molds to bend them – at WBS we just used the hull itself but I think I can do a better job with molds. Hylan says to just modify station molds but that stretches wood over whereas I like to pull wood into curve (concave vs convex mold/jig shape). Easy to make these and I want to preserve my main molds.
