All in all, probably the poorest fishing season I’ve had in many years,
Started with summer rains, too busy working garage/shop to fish much, now finally cooler temps and can’t find many fish. Broke out traditional gear (spoons and spinners) to cover more ground. Decided I will never use treble hooks again – way too much damage for catch and release fishing.
