Took my 2016 F150 in for winter tire swap and oil change. Shop said it needed new serpentine belts – was shocked when quoted $1,100 to replace. Split almost equally between labor and materials (2 belts, 2 tensioners, and 1 idler pulley).
Googled/Youtube review and thought it would be piece of cake. Got parts from NAPA for $238. Took me about 4 hours to do but it’s done and saved myself a bunch of money. Would have been much easier if you had more than 2 inches of clearance! (really hate this mixed metric/imperial bolt sizes)
We want another year out of this truck before next F150.
