Been almost a month since pressure washed deck. The non-stop rain/ weather constantly putting off staining. But, had 5 days of sun and finally done, looks good, and should be ok for couple of years. Forecast is another week of rain. At least it’s not snow.
The railing took around 6.5 hours and main floor about 4.5 or so.
