Upper deck, nose and tail shaped and sanded to 120 grit. Looks pretty good now. Will be flipping next to sand bottom and finish side rail shopping. Book matching looking better but probably still staining (alcohol based) to honey amber to even grain more. Some issues with mahogany sanding dust getting into open pine – some painters tape fixed mostly that.

Nose – Still rough

Final shaping with sanding done to 120 grit – upper deck and plugs

Nose pretty much shaped, need to smooth bottom and finish shape side rails next

Aft sanded to 120 grit

Still don’t like this design – upward kink just aft of center – hull not nearly as flowing as Beach Pea (last build)
