Routed out fin box and used Forstner bits for tie-downs and vent plug. Easier than I thought it would be – but it is stressful cutting holes in paddle board. Only issue was not enough clearance in tie-down hole diameters so epoxy was trying to hydraulic lock when pushing down to set in place. The plus about this – almost no gaps and look great.
This is last step for woodworking and final process will be glassing and varnishing. Not my favorite tasks! Weather again has me stopped.
