Usually April 15’th is start of our warm weather (50-degrees days) but not this year. Since I couldn’t start any assembly, just decided to mill (plane) all strips to be just under 1//4 thick. Thinking this may save a few pounds and maybe make finish sanding a but faster.
I also came up with a better set-up to accurately position ribs. Already have 100’s of clamps so going to leverage what I already have.
