VDE found a water leak on my side of service so KA Stevens fixed. Haven’t gotten bill yet but they were really good to work with. They said this happens all over Eastman and generally caused by poor original installation. Trench should have been completely covered/filled with sand but there were rocks laying almost directly on service lines.
